At Plum Roots, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used castor oil packs, cotton flannel, skincare and wellness products.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@plumroots.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at hello@plumroots.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used castor oil packs, cotton flannel, skincare and wellness items.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
